Introduction
Being the home of the MLS team, Orlando City SC, Orlando is known for having an active fan base and soccer players. And, with Inter Miami joining the MLS starting this year, the soccer hype in Florida is expected to become even bigger. We’ve searched through popular pickup soccer groups, adults clubs and facilities to find out where the popular spots that people go to play soccer in Orlando; below is that list of places.
01. Free Kick Orlando
Free Kick Orlando provides the best indoor soccer facilities in the Orlando area. Using FIFA recommended Turf in all of their fields, they offer 3 indoor soccer fields of 5v5 or 6v6 and one indoor soccer field of 9v9. All of their fields have LED lighting and protection fences for safety reasons. The fields are available for rentals from 7:00 am to 2:00 am everyday.

02. Deputy Brandon Coates Community Park
Deputy Brandon Coates Community Park has two full sized soccer fields; this may seem like it’s a small local park but many pickup groups come to this park to gather active games. Parking is convenient. The park is also known for having a skatepark. The fields are open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm during the summer season and closes early at 6:00 pm during the winter season.

03. Econ Soccer Complex
Econ Soccer Complex is a public park with 4 full sized soccer fields. It is the home ground for many adult and youth clubs in the Orlando area. All age groups from 5 to 14 youth leagues and adult leagues happen at this complex, so if you’re looking for a team and league to join, this is a good place to start. Like other community parks in Orlando, the operation hours are also from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm during the summer season and closes early at 6:00 pm during the winter season.

04. XL Soccer World
Located in the heart of Orlando, XL Soccer World is Orlando’s premium soccer complex on 6 acres of land and a 40,000 square foot building. The facility has two 6v6 turf indoor fields with climate controlled air and two 6v6 turf outdoor (some groups use these two outdoor turf fields combined to play 9v9. Also, a new 11v11 grass field is available. Operating hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 2:00 am, Saturday 9:00 am to 11:00 am, and Sunday 10:00 am to 10:00pm. Another gem at this location is that it has a bar that is open until 2:00 am.

05. Arcadia Acres Park
This is another popular spot for pickup groups and players. Some youth clubs can be seen training during the weekdays, but on the weekends there seems like a lot of adult pickup soccer action is available. The operation hours are the same as other Orlando parks -- from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm during the summer season and closes early at 6:00 pm during the winter season.

06. Orlando Indoor Soccer
Orlando Indoor Soccer also known as OIS started with a single indoor soccer field and now they have extended into multiple fields. OIS offers a private court time for groups to play and train and also provide leagues and pick-up games during the week. They are open from 2:00 pm to 2:00 am on weekdays, 10:00 am to 2:00 am on Saturdays and 5:00 pm to 2:00 am on Sundays.

Even some of the smallest parks in Orlando provide a full sized pitch or have a well maintained area for small sided games. If you’re in the area, you’re bound to find a place to play really close by. Please note that there are numerous great parks also in the suburban areas of Orlando, but we mainly covered the places in or within 15 mile range of the Orlando city.
